Solvang 2026

We spent the night in Solvang on our way to Santa Clara. For years we have gone to Olsen's Danish Bakery and seen Paula's Pancake House next door with a huge line. This morning there was no line so we had to go. We had Danish Pancakes and Grilled Danish Sauage (Medisterpolse) Both were very good. We will definately try to eat here again!

After our pancake breakfast we headed next door to Olsen's. Our tradition is to buy a bucket of Danish Butter Cookies and we each pick a few pastries. They also have special items depending on the holiday season. Olsen's is a requirement when we are visiting Solvang.
